Customize the placement of each gemstone in the personalization box. This versatile piece is finished with a 2" adjustment chain with an accent stone at the end of the adjustment - you can enter which birthstone you would like on the adjustment chain in the personalization box, or if no selection is made your necklace will be finished with a sparkly sterling/gold filled bead.
